Who we are
CeliaConnect is a product of Zentrosoft. This policy describes how we handle information you provide when you visit celiaconnect.com, sign up for the product, or contact us.
What we don't do
- We don't ingest student personal information from your Slate instance. Ever. This is a structural property of our architecture, not a policy choice.
- We don't sell data to third parties.
- We don't train base AI models on your data.
- We don't use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
What we do collect
- Account information (name, work email, institution) when you sign up.
- Anonymous Slate IDs and behavioral signals from your Slate instance, as configured in your tenant settings.
- Product usage metrics (pages visited, features used) for service operation and improvement.
- Support communications you send us.
Your rights
You can export your data in standard formats at any time. You can request deletion and we will complete it within 30 days with an audit trail. If you’re in a jurisdiction with GDPR, CCPA, or similar frameworks, you have all the additional rights those laws guarantee.
