Terms of Service

Acceptance
By creating a CeliaConnect account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you’re accepting on behalf of an institution, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that institution.
The service
CeliaConnect provides an AI intelligence layer for Slate CRM. Capabilities vary by tier. Current capabilities and limits are described on the pricing page.
Your responsibilities
- Use the service in compliance with applicable law and your institutional policies.
- Keep your account credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
- Don’t attempt to reverse-engineer the service or use it to build a competing product.
- Pay your bills on time. Dunning procedures are described in the pricing page.
Our responsibilities
- Keep the service running at the uptime SLA matching your tier.
- Handle your data per our privacy policy and DPA. Never process PII from Slate — this is architectural.
- Notify you of any security incident affecting your tenant within 24 hours.
- Let you leave with all your data in standard formats and delete ours within 30 days.
Changes & termination
We can update these terms with reasonable notice. Material changes require 30 days’ notice. Either party can terminate with 30 days’ written notice; prepaid amounts are refunded pro-rata.
